Job Summary
Clinical Trials Budget Specialist responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trial budgets—preparation, processing, and negotiation—working closely with the CFO to finalize live budgets and CTAs with Sponsors, CROs, and vendors. Drives outsourced service agreements, maintains budget data across internal systems, reviews protocol amendments for budget impact, coordinates budget and contract amendments with accounting, and ensures regulatory and internal compliance (SOPs, GCP, IRB, FDA). Requires strong financial literacy, negotiation, analytic rigor, and proficient communication; CTMS or advanced Excel experience preferred. On-site role based in Maitland/Orlando, FL with a four-day work week and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in clinical trial budget development, contract negotiation, or healthcare financial analysis
- Ability to work on-site at our Orlando (Maitland), FL office
