Clinical Trials Assistant

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day administrative requirements within a small laboratory for sponsored and investigator-driven clinical trials, assist with trial-related administration, maintain equipment and records, manage laboratory supplies and ordering, and collaborate with the clinical trials team and stakeholders to support the development of a leading clinical trials unit at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital. Demonstrates teamwork, effective communication, change management, relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels, and initiative to contribute to each research project’s success.
Required Qualifications
- National Police Check (within previous 12 months)
- immunisation proof may be required
- experience coordinating day-to-day administrative requirements within a laboratory or clinical trials setting
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- strong written and oral communication skills
- ability to develop solutions and contribute to research projects
