Job Summary
Lead end-to-end pharmacy clinical trials and research services across the Ramsay Research and Development Network. Partner with the Responsible Person for Medication Safety & Quality and site pharmacy teams to shape a national operating model, build capability, and drive consistent, high-quality services supporting the growth of the clinical trials portfolio. Develop or implement operating models, standards, and service frameworks across multiple sites while influencing stakeholders to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions. Ensure governance and compliance are met while identifying practical solutions for continuous improvement. Contribute directly to the development of research capability and the advancement of innovative, safe, and high-quality pharmacy services at a national level.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant pharmacy qualifications and registration
- Significant experience in pharmacy, clinical trials, research or a related healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of clinical trial pharmacy requirements, governance and compliance
- Experience developing or implementing operating models, standards or service frameworks across multiple sites
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across a complex organisation
- Strong leadership and change management capability
- Commercial acumen, including an understanding of cost recovery and service performance
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clinical, operational and research stakeholders
