Job Summary
Lead enrollment strategies for assigned clinical studies by identifying potential participants, screening candidates, and coordinating patient visits per protocol. Execute informed consent processes, collect bodily samples via phlebotomy and EKGs, and manage therapeutic area specifics including IP dosing. Ensure scientific integrity by accurately recording source data, completing case report forms, and resolving queries while maintaining audit-ready documentation for adverse events and deviations. Build relationships with investigators, sponsors, and healthcare partners to support patient retention and community engagement. Requires 1+ years of healthcare experience with clinical skills; up to 30% regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience
- 1+ years' experience in healthcare or a related field that includes hands-on application of clinical functions such as obtaining vitals, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- up to 30% travel regionally
