Job Summary
Clinical Trial Manager – Sponsor Dedicated responsible for end-to-end local-level management of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to GCP, sponsor SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Tasks include budgeting and contract management, ESP oversight, country-level coordination of timelines and patient recruitment to meet enrollment targets, study-management tooling and CAPA/quality assurance actions, and preparation for Health Authority inspections. Requires BA/BS (health or science), 2+ years local/regional trial management or CRA experience, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, ability to travel, and bilingual communication in the local country language and English.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Degree in a health or science related field
- Minimum of 2 years of local/regional trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO
- Experience as Clinical Research Associate
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, local laws and regulations
- Proficient in using IT and company systems
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
- Proficient in speaking and writing the country language and English
