Clinical Trial Manager/Project Manager (US-East-Coast Remote)

Manage clinical trial delivery by overseeing start-up and monitoring activities, tracking trip reports, and leading cross-functional teams including Country Start Up Specialists and Global Regulatory Affairs Leads. Drive project finance by forecasting units, monitoring burn rates, and ensuring adherence to budgeted FTEs while identifying out-of-scope tasks. Serve as the primary liaison for clinical monitoring issues, interfacing with sponsors, vendors, and internal functional areas to facilitate cross-functional problem solving and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations. Respond to audit reports and organize corrective action plans in collaboration with Quality Assurance. This role supports the successful activation of trial sites and contributes to business development activities.
