Job Summary
Lead clinical delivery of full-service, multi-regional studies in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, and contractual requirements. Accountable for meeting recruitment targets, developing risk mitigation plans, and managing clinical quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project finances including Estimate at Completion, manage internal and external stakeholders, and lead the clinical team through operational planning and training. Conduct regular team meetings, support milestone achievements, and provide performance feedback. Collaborate on clinical delivery strategy for business proposals, participate in bid defenses, and mentor new peers. Attend site visits as applicable to support project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline
- at least 2 years experience in clinical trial management
- consolidated knowledge of Project management practices and terminology
- good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
- broad protocol knowledge and therapeutic knowledge
- good understanding of Clinical Research industry (drug/device/technology/etc.) and the relevant environments in which it operates
- understanding of project finances
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct
- skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e. International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines, towards clinical trial conduct
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally at least 2 years experience in clinical trial management or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
