Job Summary
Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations activities, supporting the team to deliver high-quality outcomes across global programmes. Plan and manage all aspects of trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish protocols. Build strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Problem-solve critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management. This role is based in Brazil, Chile, or Perú, requiring a university degree in medicine or science and experience managing vendor relationships for global studies. ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization dedicated to bringing new medicines to patients faster.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a globals study
- Experience managing vendor relationships for global clinical studies
- Home Office - Based in Brazil, Chile, Perú
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
Desired Qualifications
- Prior monitoring experience is preferred
