Clinical Trial Manager

Oversee the clinical delivery of all study aspects, including managing the clinical budget, developing monitoring plans, and training CRAs. Drive enrollment and study start-up activities while reviewing trip reports and implementing corrective action plans. Liaise with the Sponsor, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks impacting clinical delivery. Provide reporting and metrics on all clinical activities and participate in Sponsor, Investigator, and bid defense meetings. Requires a four-year degree, subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area, and prior monitoring experience. Ability to travel up to 20% and fluency in the local language are required.
