Clinical Trial Educator

Support research centers by maximizing patient enrollment rates through direct on-site coordination and identifying barriers to recruitment. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve enrollment obstacles, provide training on inclusion/exclusion criteria, and share best practices for patient identification and retention. Streamline screening processes and serve as the primary liaison between centers, sponsors, and CROs to resolve operational issues and report visit data accurately. This role requires frequent travel across the national region and involves cross-functional coordination. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage high-pressure environments.
