Job Summary
Clinical Treatment Director to lead a team of BCBAs in delivering center-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Responsibilities include developing/monitoring mentorship programs for BCBAs, supervising students and registered behavior technicians, providing training to grow clinical skills, ensuring quality of care through treatment-quality protocols, leading staff development initiatives, designing and overseeing individualized programs for children with autism (ages 2-10) in natural settings with a small caseload, client onboarding and intake processes, coordinating with the Operations Director on case assignments, and conducting interviews to hire new staff. Requires a Master’s degree and BCBA credential, plus minimum of 3 years BCBA experience; standard clinic hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; in-person role in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education, or related field
- BCBA Credential/Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA
