Job Summary
Assist the clinical team (e.g., imaging technologists, nurses, physicians) with daily department activities. Greet patients and family members, handle oxygen tanks, transport monitored or unmonitored patients to and from clinical areas, and help prepare patients for exams. Demonstrates competence to assist in care for a broad patient population (infant to geriatric) and uses the EPIC system. Requires CPR certification within 90 days of employment. Performs related duties to support department operations and patient care, including adhering to universal precautions and responding to emergencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CPR certification (must obtain within first 90 days)
