Job Summary
Coordinate implementation activities in partnership with Project Managers to ensure all clinical onboarding tasks are completed on schedule. Deliver product training for new users, guide clients through approval of letters and decision aids, and perform clinical QA before go-live to ensure configured assets are accurate. Maintain thorough documentation for each project, educate clients on change control processes, and advise on clinical workflows and care pathway adherence. Collaborate with Product, Support, and Client Success teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and post-go-live follow-ups, while facilitating smooth handoffs to care management once implementation is complete. Communicate regularly with clients on milestones and updates to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical background (e.g., nursing, allied health, or similar healthcare role) preferred.
- Experience in clinical workflow implementation, healthcare technology, or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology and clinical operations software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working remotely with travel up to 25% as needed.
