Clinical Training Specialist

Lead and manage onboarding training for new clinical and care coordination staff across all service lines, including CCM, RPM, PCM, RTM, and TCM. Design and deliver scalable, engaging training content tailored to each care program and market segment, while providing culturally sensitive instruction that acknowledges diverse patient and staff needs. Train clinical teams and technical customers on ShiFox developments and best practices for chronic disease management, virtual care delivery, and remote monitoring tools. Create and maintain SOPs, workflow guides, and job aids to support accurate documentation and program compliance, staying up to date with CMS guidelines and payer-specific policies. Conduct knowledge assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvement strategies based on data and performance trends. Collaborate with clinical leadership, compliance, and quality assurance teams to address knowledge gaps and reinforce high standards of care. Serve as a coach and mentor, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and patient advocacy. Support new program launches, service line expansions, and clinical workflow changes with timely training interventions.
