Job Summary
Lead in-person onboarding and clinical training for newly hired physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants while traveling nationwide to support provider starts, facility launches, and new market expansions. Reinforce clinical model standards, documentation protocols, and rounding workflows in the field to ensure providers are confident and compliant. Partner with Clinical Leadership, Training, and Operations teams to identify early training gaps and escalate improvement opportunities. Support clinicians through their ramp to productivity and readiness for independent coverage. This role requires approximately 25-50% travel, including occasional overnight trips, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
