Job Summary

Support coordination of APA- and ASWB-sponsored Continuing Education program; develop and evaluate clinical training materials; analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify high-impact training topics; coordinate speaker outreach, scheduling, and logistics; assist in tracking success metrics for clinical training initiatives and care delivery outcomes; reorganize onboarding modules for TimelyCare's K-12 service line; help create evidence-based training resources and modularized content; migrate training modules into TalentLMS and similar platforms; participate in team discussions and strategic planning; remote role spanning across the country with a 15-hour weekly schedule (June–Sept 1, 2026).

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing doctoral program (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or related field; masters-level clinical degree preferred.
  • Advanced training in evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions.
  • Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and outcomes assessment.
  • Strong written communication skills; organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.
