Job Summary
Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across all territory locations by conducting regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through performance management, development, and succession planning while providing indirect oversight to broader clinic staff. Deliver hands-on training for new hires, support treatment rollouts, and reinforce standards through real-time in-field coaching to close performance gaps. Monitor clinic readiness, staffing coverage, and operational risks, stepping into treatment coverage when needed to support high-volume operations. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs and ensure alignment with patient demand across multiple sites. Requires active RN license, 3-5+ years clinical experience, and up to 100% travel across South Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- NP or PA preferred
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
