Job Summary
Drive consistent, high-quality clinical execution across multiple locations by conducting site visits, audits, and observation rounds to identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans. Manage and develop Lead Clinicians through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews, while delivering hands-on training for new hires and existing staff to support treatment rollouts. Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and escalating risks promptly. Support clinic readiness for new openings and step into treatment coverage when needed to maintain staffing levels. Travel extensively up to 100% across the territory, reporting directly to the SVP of Clinical Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred)
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform treatments as needed
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Must be in good standing with the company
- Must not be currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or under active corrective action
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company
