Job Summary
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds to ensure clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across multiple locations. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning while reinforcing standards via real-time in-field training. Deliver hands-on clinical instruction for new hires and existing staff, evaluate skill gaps, and support new clinic openings with pre-opening preparation and post-opening stabilization. Monitor clinic readiness, staffing coverage, and clinician availability, stepping into treatment coverage when needed to support operations. Partner with HRBPs and Location Directors on talent decisions, hiring assessments, and risk escalation. Travel extensively up to 100% across the assigned territory to maintain consistent clinical execution.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred)
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform treatments as needed
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Employees must be in good standing, meaning they are meeting performance expectations and are not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or under active corrective action
- Employees must also have a minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company
