Job Summary
Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across multiple clinic locations by conducting site visits, audits, and observation rounds. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through performance management, development, and succession planning while providing indirect oversight to broader clinician teams. Deliver hands-on training for new hires, support treatment rollouts, and reinforce standards through real-time in-field coaching. Monitor clinic readiness, staffing coverage, and clinician availability, stepping into treatment coverage when needed to support operations. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs and assess candidates for clinical competency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards by verifying credentialing, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred)
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform treatments as needed
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Must be in good standing, meaning they are meeting performance expectations
- Must not be currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Must not be under active corrective action
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company
