Job Summary
Conduct clinical oversight and quality execution across multiple locations in the territory by performing regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds to ensure protocol adherence. Manage and develop Lead Clinicians through one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and structured improvement plans to drive clinic-level performance. Deliver hands-on training for new hires and existing clinicians, evaluate skill gaps, and support new clinic openings with readiness assessments and opening stabilization. Monitor clinic operations including staffing coverage and clinician availability, stepping into treatment coverage when needed to support patient demand. Verify credentialing, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness while escalating compliance risks promptly to leadership. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs across the territory and partner with HR on talent decisions. Requires an active RN license (NP or PA preferred) with 3–5+ years of clinical experience and up to 100% travel across North Florida, GA, and AL. Compensation ranges from $60–$80/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- NP or PA preferred
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
