Job Summary
Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across multiple clinic locations by conducting regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through performance management, development, and succession planning while providing indirect oversight to broader clinician teams. Deliver hands-on training for new hires and existing staff to support onboarding, treatment rollouts, and skill gap remediation. Monitor clinic readiness, staffing coverage, and operational risks, stepping into treatment coverage when needed to ensure alignment with patient demand. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs and assess candidates for clinical competency in high-volume environments. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, verify credentialing accuracy, and escalate concerns promptly to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred)
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform treatments as needed
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Employees must be in good standing, meaning they are meeting performance expectations and are not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or under active corrective action
- Employees must also have a minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company
