Clinical Trainee Therapist - Spanish Speaking

Clinical Trainee Therapist provides in-home services and telehealth as needed, carries a caseload of 10-12 clients, conducts diagnostic assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers ongoing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families across office, in-home, and virtual settings. Role supports anti-oppressive/anti-racist and trauma-responsive practices, collaborates with staff and providers, ensures documentation and compliance with DHS and insurance regulations, and participates in supervision and monthly training. Candidate should be comfortable working with diverse identities and communities, including age ranges, disabilities, religion, ethnicity, race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, and family structures. Bilingual and LGBTQ+ inclusive environment encouraged. Education/Experience required includes Masters-level licensure or equivalent (LGSW, LICSW, MA LPCC/LMFT, or LP). Location in St. Paul, MN with hybrid work arrangement (in-home, telehealth, and office based). Responsibilities include providing in-home services, telehealth as needed, maintaining a 15-20 billable hours/week for part-time, managing 10-12 ongoing clients, facilitating potential community-based groups, completing documentation, participating in supervision and trainings, and coordinating services across providers.
