Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, functional assessments, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups in an outpatient setting. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans while completing outcome measurements and assessing client progress. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers, schools, and substance use treatment agencies, and refer clients to appropriate resources. Maintain timely clinical documentation, complete intake paperwork, and participate in clinical supervision and team meetings. Provide crisis assessments and interventions as needed. Requires Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with unrestricted independent licensure in Minnesota or preferred in North Dakota.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Certification, licensure, or registration with the clinical discipline
- Unrestricted independent licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT in Minnesota
- Must pass a criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Unrestricted independent licensure as a North Dakota LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT is preferred
- Training or certification DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR preferred
