Lead and supervise a therapy team within SOL Mental Health, taking ownership of communicating and implementing clinical policies, coordinating care transitions, coaching clinicians, supporting hiring, and maintaining a reduced caseload to balance leadership with direct patient care. Role includes providing clinical supervision to associate and licensed therapists, leading case consultations, ensuring collaboration across clinicians and support staff, and contributing to program growth and ongoing professional development in an integrated care model.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent LCSW license in DC, MD, VA
- 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience
- supervisory or management experience preferred
