Job Summary
Provide therapeutic services multiple times per week to assigned youth and families while delivering treatment planning and counseling according to program, state, and agency standards. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using the electronic health record system and ensure compliance with confidentiality guidelines and federal privacy laws. Serve no more than six clients at a time within a small caseload structure, utilizing a hybrid work model that includes remote work outside the traditional office setting. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with premium call pay included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure in Ohio: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be insurable under the agency's commercial liability policy
- Knowledge in mental illness and treatment
- Knowledge in individual and group counseling
- Knowledge in behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
