Job Summary
Clinical Therapist for sex offender treatment at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA. Full-Time, day-shift role on-site with potential travel to Northern or Southern sites across MA. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans with patients, delivering sex offender treatment to individuals and groups, conducting assessments, coordinating referrals to psychiatric services, providing training and supervision to staff, documenting services in health records, and collaborating with clinical teams. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Must have, or be eligible for, independent licensure as an LICSW or an LMHC in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Must have successfully completed a Master's degree program
- Prior clinical experience working with sexual offenders is preferred
- Some clinical supervision provided; on-site at MTC; travel to other sites across Massachusetts
- Full-Time Day Shift on-site at the Massachusetts Treatment Center
