Job Summary
TeamBuilders seeks a Clinical Therapist to provide unconditional care to adults, children, and families. The role requires a Master's Degree or Doctorate in a relevant field and two years of experience in Behavioral Health. Candidates must hold a New Mexico Licensure and have a strong understanding of community resources. Strong communication skills are essential for relationship-building with clients and families. Proficiency in computer systems for compliance is necessary. TeamBuilders promotes work-life balance and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work; Guidance and Counseling; Psychology; or related health field
- Two (2) years of experience working with SED children and families or SMI/SUD/COD adults
- New Mexico Licensure in one or more of the following: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT
- Thorough knowledge and use of community resources
- Ability to establish positive relationships, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, families, colleagues, staff, and community members
- Computer literate to maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements for use of computerized client assessments, data systems
- Current, valid NM Driver’s License with clean driving record and auto insurance

- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Spanish)
