Job Summary
The Clinical Therapist role at TeamBuilders involves working with adults, children, and families within a community-based behavioral health framework. Responsibilities include establishing positive relationships with clients, utilizing community resources, and maintaining compliance with behavioral health standards through computerized assessments. The position requires a Master's or Doctorate level education in relevant fields along with specific New Mexico licensure, and up to two years of related behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related health field
- Experience in Behavioral Health adding up to two (2) years of experience working with SED children and families or SMI/SUD/COD adults
- New Mexico Licensure in one or more of the following: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT
- Thorough knowledge and use of community resources
- Ability to consistently establish positive relationships, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, families, colleagues, staff, and community members
- Computer literate to maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements for computerized client assessments and data systems
- Must have and maintain current, valid NM Driver’s License
- Must have and maintain clean driving record and auto insurance
