Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to adults, young adults, and/or children; support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions; complete timely, accurate documentation; work within an integrated care model with collaboration across disciplines; benefit from built-in referrals and full admin support; engage in ongoing learning opportunities (e.g., Grand Rounds, CEU support); contribute to a collaborative clinical community and participate in monthly supervision; office-based role in Annapolis with hybrid work options as part of a clinician-centered team.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
