Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children; support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions; complete timely, accurate documentation; work in a collaborative team environment with integrated care across disciplines; benefit from admin, billing, and marketing support and an office space in Valley Stream. Must hold an active NY license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and bring direct clinical care experience.
