Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and/or children within SOL Mental Health. Collaborate within a clinician-centered team, offer crisis support with appropriate interventions, complete timely and accurate documentation, and participate in an integrated care model with strong supervision and ongoing learning opportunities. Office located in Colorado Springs, with built-in administrative, scheduling, billing, and marketing support to enable clinicians to focus on patient care. The role includes engagement in a collaborative team environment, professional development through CEUs, and access to a comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, EAP, disability and life insurance). The position emphasizes adherence to high clinical standards, patient-centered care, and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
