Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and/or children within SOL Mental Health. Work in a collaborative, clinician-centered team with strong administrative and marketing support, a structure that supports clinical work, and an integrated care model across disciplines. Responsibilities include delivering clinical care, crisis support with appropriate interventions, timely and accurate documentation, and participating in a supportive clinical community with monthly learning opportunities and group supervision. License in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care are required. The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development (annual CEU budget), and utilization of internal referrals and admin resources. Office-based in Longmont, Colorado, with dedicated space provided.
