Clinical Therapist

Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and/or children. Work within an integrated, collaborative clinical team and engage in crisis support with appropriate interventions. Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in a supportive environment with monthly learning opportunities, group supervision, and built-in referrals. Office-based role in Tysons with a Hybrid work arrangement; requires Virginia licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care.
