Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and/or children in an integrated, collaborative team setting. Deliver crisis-support interventions when needed and ensure timely, accurate documentation. Work within a hybrid office environment at our Astoria location, with built-in referrals and comprehensive admin, billing, and marketing support. Must hold an active NY license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and bring experience in direct clinical care, strong clinical judgment, and effective communication. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning opportunities (Grand Rounds, CEU support), and career growth within an integrated care model.
Required Qualifications
