Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and/or children as part of a collaborative clinician-centered team. Work with patients in crisis with appropriate interventions, complete timely, accurate documentation, and participate in a built-in referral system with full admin support. Role includes office-based work at the Long Island City location, ongoing professional development through annual CEU funding, and opportunities for advancement within an integrated care model. Active NY licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and strong clinical judgment are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
