Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and/or children in a collaborative, team-centered setting. Join SOL Mental Health in a hybrid, office-based role with office space in Brooklyn (Gowanus) and built-in referrals plus admin, billing and marketing support. Licensure in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care are required, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Engage in crisis support when needed, complete timely documentation, and participate in a collaborative care model with opportunities for growth, supervision, and ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
