Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to adults, young adults, and/or children within an integrated care model; work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions; complete timely, accurate documentation; benefit from built-in referrals and admin support, and participate in ongoing learning opportunities (group supervision, CEU opportunities). Must hold an active NY license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and have experience in direct clinical care. Office-based role with hybrid collaboration in a Chelsea, Manhattan setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
