Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children while supporting patients in crisis with appropriate interventions. Complete timely, accurate documentation for all clinical interactions. Work within a collaborative, clinician-centered team that offers monthly learning opportunities, group supervision, and built-in referrals. You will engage in an integrated care model with full administrative support for billing and scheduling. This role includes an annual continuing education budget of $1,500 and offers clear career growth paths within a diverse, inclusive workplace focused on strengthening each other and striving for excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills
