Job Summary
Designs individualized treatment plans, conducts crisis intervention and de-escalation, and presents clinical information to the consulting psychiatrist. Provides individual and group psycho-social rehabilitation or therapy, participates in Community Support Team meetings, collaborates with Residential and Vocational staff on Behavior Management Programs, conducts site assessments and data collection, responds to emergency clinical issues including facilitating psychiatric hospitalization, maintains timely documentation, adheres to regulatory standards, and supports consumer functioning and independence in residential and vocational settings.
Required Qualifications
- MA or MS in Psychology/Counseling or MSW
- One-year clinical experience under a qualified mental health professional
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License
- Pass a criminal background check and physical/drug test
