Clinical Therapist (Salaried or Contractual)

Clinical Therapist providing individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting, with telehealth and in-person services, including care coordination, discharge planning, and program compliance. Responsibilities include conducting health screenings and assessments, developing treatment plans and clinical notes, maintaining EMR documentation, completing Utilization Review tasks and authorizations, ensuring 32 billed SALs per week for salaried positions, participating in team meetings, and upholding professional boundaries and safety. Requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and active Michigan licensure, with potential salaried or contractual employment and a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 annually; licensure type and productivity bonuses may apply for salaried roles, while contractual roles offer a fee-split structure based on license type and productivity. Proficiency with Office 365 and EMR systems, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, and the ability to travel between locations as needed are expected. Meets eligibility for full licensure within required timeframe and remains current with professional training requirements. Responds to both outpatient and FACE to FACE Partial Hospital programs, maintains treatment plans and case notes, and supports a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
