Job Summary
Conduct telehealth and in-person health screenings, assessments, and therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy. Maintain up-to-date case files in the electronic medical record, develop treatment plans, and complete discharge planning to ensure seamless care transitions. Perform utilization review assignments, obtain service authorizations, and coordinate care while adhering to agency policies and professional standards. Manage crisis situations, maintain stable boundaries with clients, and achieve minimum billing requirements for salaried positions. Submit all required paperwork timely and communicate consistently with clinical and administrative staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Active current clinical licensure (LPC, LMSW, LLP, LP preferred; LLC, LLMSW acceptable; TLLP not eligible) in the State of Michigan
- Continued satisfactory standings with the appropriate board and insurance entities
- Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment for documentation and telehealth purposes
- Office 365
- Electronic Medical Record systems
