Job Summary
Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments, including diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations for individuals, families, and groups. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches to treat mental health diagnoses, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Maintain an active caseload with consistent engagement while developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate discharge planning and provide clinical supervision to non-licensed staff. Complete timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record and engage in ongoing professional development. Master's degree required; active clinical license preferred. Salary ranges from $53,444 to $56,918 based on licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services–related field
- Active state clinical license preferred and strongly valued (LPC, LCSW, LISW, LSW), as required by the program
- Experience or strong interest in treating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses
- Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software
- Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances, including ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
