Clinical Therapist, Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed

Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions including individual, group, and family therapy. Monitor client progress, adjust case conceptualizations, and complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine length of stay and level of care. Educate clients and families on mental health issues while adhering to confidentiality guidelines and standardized group curricula. Participate in weekly clinical supervision with case formulations and stay updated on behavioral therapy research. Requires a master's degree, valid North Carolina licensure (LCSW or LCMHC), and experience in behavioral therapy. Pre-licensed clinicians provide formal supervision to associate-level professionals.
