Job Summary
The Clinical Therapist at Loranger Campus will be responsible for managing a caseload of residents, ensuring each receives a minimum of three individual therapy sessions and two group therapy sessions weekly. Key duties include evaluating residents, formulating individualized care plans, supervising Active Treatment Plans, and ensuring active family involvement in treatment. The role requires a Licensed Mental Health Professional or someone actively pursuing state licensure, along with strong leadership, conflict resolution skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. Effective communication and a strong work ethic are essential.
