Job Summary
Outpatient Clinical Therapist provides psychosocial assessments, develops person-centered treatment plans, and delivers individual, family, and group therapy to address mental health disorders and related issues (e.g., depression, addiction, trauma). Responsibilities include ongoing assessment every 90 days, coordinating access to community resources, and performing transition/discharge planning within 14 days of events; must be able to conduct crisis assessments and respond with appropriate interventions. This role emphasizes using empathic listening and evidence-based therapy techniques to support persons-served across diverse mental health needs and life-span issues.

- LLPC - REQUIRED
- Masters in Social Work or better
- Master of Social Work or better
- Licensed or Limited Licensed Therapist (LLMSW/LLPC)
