Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LPC-MHSP)

Job Summary
Provide neurobehavioral health services to geriatric residents in long-term care facilities as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Conduct evaluations and deliver condition-specific or insight-based therapy; coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, primary care physician, GuideStar colleagues, and engage the family as indicated. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support elderly individuals with neurocognitive and other neurologic/psychiatric conditions. Requires Master’s degree and active state licensure (LMHC or LCSW). Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or in Social Work
- Currently licensed as an LMHC or LCSW in the state in which you are applying
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Good time management skills
- Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
