Clinical Therapist

Clinical Therapist responsible for providing clinical counseling services to youth or clients and families in school/community settings for L’esprit, including conducting clinical assessments/intakes, creating treatment plans, therapy (group/individual/family), and maintaining caseloads. Role supports wrap-around services (case management, medication management, housing linkage, and community resources) and requires collaboration with treatment teams, attendance at meetings (IEP where applicable), adherence to policy and ethics, and pursuit of clinical supervision when not yet licensed. Education requires a 60-credit graduate degree in psychology, social work, professional counseling, or a related field with a current clinical license (LCSW/LCPC/Psychologist or equivalent) and license eligibility within two years. A Montana driver’s license is required. Location: Livingston, MT. This is a full-time position with potential for growth and ongoing professional development.
