Job Summary
Independent, licensed behavioral health clinician providing counseling and mental health services including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. Collaborate with a diverse clinical team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapies. Maintain accurate client records, monitor progress, ensure ethical and legal standards, coordinate referrals for higher levels of care, participate in supervision, meetings, and continuing education, and contribute to a patient-centered care environment within an outpatient clinic network.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- State licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Registered play therapist preferred
