Job Summary

Conduct mobile crisis intervention and stabilization for youth and families experiencing emotional or behavioral crises across four counties. Deliver short-term therapy and care coordination in the community using trauma-informed care aligned with the MRSS model. Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT. Monitor client progress to adapt treatment strategies while collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA and educate clients and families on mental health options.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC)
  • Strong knowledge of clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
